SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
4 med. size sweet potatoes, baked & mashed
2 eggs, well beaten
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
1 sm. can coconut

Mix all ingredients and pour it in a medium size casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans

Mix all ingredients by hand until crumbly, then sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
