CLAM CHOWDER | |
6 potatoes 1 1/2 cube salt pork, cut and fried 1 onion, chopped 1/4 c. flour 2 cans chopped clams Brown pork and remove. Brown onions, potatoes, flour, salt and pepper, 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Cook until tender and turn off. Add clams, not drained and 1 lg. can evaporated milk. Reheat and serve. |
