1 stick butter, melted
2/3 c. flour
3 1/2 c. milk
Salt to taste
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3 c. macaroni, cooked

Melt butter. Add flour and whip with whisk. Cook on medium heat. Let come to a bubble. Slowly add milk. Add cheese and stir until thick and cheese has melted. Put macaroni in a 9 x 13 dish. Pour mixture over macaroni. Optional: Grate medium sharp cheese and put on top. Bake in 350 degree oven until cheese melts on top.
