PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3/4 c. canned pumpkin
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate morsels

Sift flour, soda, salt and spices. Set aside. In large bowl cream butter, gradually beat in sugar. Beat until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs at low speed. Add dry ingredients. Alternate with pumpkin mix, ending with dry ingredients. Stir in nuts and chocolate morsels. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased tube pan for 60 to 65 minutes.
