FUDGE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 can Hershey's syrup
1 c. plus 1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. baking powder

FROSTING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chocolate chips

Mix butter and sugar until mixed; add eggs and syrup. Add flour, vanilla and baking powder. Pour into jelly roll pan that is greased and floured. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

FROSTING: Boil sugar, milk and butter for 30 seconds. Add chocolate chips; stir until dissolved. Spread on warm fudge bars.
