PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE BAR AND
ICING
 
1 c. flour
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
6 oz. pkg. or 1 c. semi sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 pan. In large bowl combine all ingredients except chocolate chips. Mix by hand or at low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press into bottom of prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with chocolate chips immediately. Let stand five minutes spread evenly. Prepare glaze:

1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. peanut butter
3 to 5 tsp. milk

In small bowl combine all glaze ingredients. Drizzle over chocolate chips. Cool completely.
