CRANBERRY CHICKEN SALAD 
4 c. cooked, cubed chicken
1 1/2 c. chopped celery
1 tbsp. minced onion
Salt & pepper to taste
8 hard boiled eggs, cut up
3/4 c. sliced, stuffed olives
1 c. chopped cashews or water chestnuts
3/4-1 c. Miracle Whip

Toss all together with Miracle Whip. Spread in 9"x13" pan. 3 c. boiling cranberry juice

Dissolve Jello in juice. Stir together and refrigerate until partially set. Pour over chicken mixture and refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf. Mix Miracle Whip with half and half for garnish. Serves 12.
