GROUND STEAK AND GRAVY | |
2 lb. bottom round steak (have ground at store) Flour Milk Salt & pepper Cooking oil Fry ground steak in small amount of cooking oil until all red is gone. Combine flour and milk to make thickening for gravy and mix with ground steak. Delicious over toast or biscuits. Serves approximately 6. |
