1 c. sugar
6 eggs, vigorously beaten
1 tsp. salt
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1 qt. whip cream
Milk

In a mixer vigorously beat eggs, sugar, vanilla and salt. Gradually add the Eagle Brand and then the whip cream. Mix on high for 5 minutes.

Pour it into your ice cream maker and fill to line with real milk. Follow directions of your ice cream maker from there. If using an electric mixer and you want firmer ice cream, make ahead and put the canister in the freezer.

CHOCOLATE CHIP: After ice cream is 3/4 set, add unsweetened chocolate flakes or chocolate chips.

CHOCOLATE: Add 1 small can of Hershey's chocolate syrup while you are mixing on high.
