CRANBERRY NUT COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. Bisquick
2 tbsp. granulated sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2/3 c. cranberry sauce with whole berries

Mix: brown sugar, walnuts and cinnamon; set aside. Mix: Bisquick, granulated sugar, egg and milk. Beat vigorously 1/2 minute. Grease 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan with butter. Spread batter evenly in pan. Sprinkle with nut mixture, spoon cranberry sauce on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Ice while warm.

ICING:

Beat together:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Approximately 1 tsp. water
