SWEET AND SOUR RED CABBAGE 
2 to 3 c. thinly chopped red cabbage
1 c. shredded chopped green apple
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 tsp. sugar

Heat frying pan with oil. Add cabbage and apple and cook for 10 minutes. Add salt and sugar. Stir well with vinegar. Cook 5 minutes more.

Serve warm as a side dish. Makes 4 servings.
