GAZPACHO 
2 whole tomatoes, peeled & cut up
1 whole cucumber, peeled & chopped
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 stalk celery, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
1 clove garlic
1 c. tomato juice

Put all ingredients in blender on "chop" (or "puree" if you like it smooth). If it gets too thick, add more tomato juice. Serve cold with a slice of lemon or cucumber in each cup.
