MANDARIN ORANGE PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1/3 c. cold water or juice from oranges
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 sm. can pineapple tidbits, drained
1 c. orange sherbet
Whipped cream
Shredded coconut

Dissolve Jello in hot water, add cold water, chill until just syrupy (check often). Add orange sherbet, beat until smooth, fold in pineapple and oranges. Top with whipped cream and shredded coconut. To decorate the top, save out enough sections of orange to make a flower on the top with a cherry center.
