PINEAPPLE CARROT BREAD | |
3 beaten eggs 2 c. sugar 1 c. vegetable oil 1 c. grated carrots 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 3 c. sifted flour 1/2 c. chopped nuts Grease 2 loaf pans and put wax paper in the bottom. Mix all ingredients together and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. |
