HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can mushroom soup
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. grated cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese

Grease 9x13 pan. Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese. Put mixture in pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes, until bubbly.
