4 diced apples
2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, chopped

Mix everything together with a wooden spoon. Bake in greased 9"x13" glass pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
