SMOKY POTATO BAKE 
4 c. potatoes
2 c. ham
3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/8 tsp. liquid smoke
3/4 tsp. salt

Peel and dice potatoes, combine with diced ham in bowl. In a saucepan melt butter and blend in flour. Gradually add milk and heat to boiling, stirring continually. Remove from heat. Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and Liquid Smoke. Mix with potatoes and ham.

Turn into a buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Makes 6 servings.
