TACO SALAD DIP 
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/2 - 1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 avocados (ripe) mashed
1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
1 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. diced fresh tomatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp. lemon juice
Tortilla chips

Using large bowl spread refried beans over bottom. In separate dish mash avocados and add salt to taste, lemon juice, and Tabasco sauce. Layer this over beans, layer shredded cheese next, then lettuce, then tomatoes. Serve with thick tortilla chips.
