RUMAKI 
12-15 whole chicken livers
12-15 canned water chestnuts
12-15 strips bacon

Saute livers in butter until golden. Cool. Wrap 1/2 liver, 1/2 chestnut with 1/2 slice of bacon. Fasten with toothpick. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Broil until bacon is crisp. Serve hot with toothpick.
