4 c. unpeeled grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/8 c. parsley
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs, well beaten

Combine all ingredients.

Bake at 250°F for 45 minutes.
