GARLIC OIL 
7 cloves garlic, halved
1 pt. olive oil

Thread garlic halves on toothpicks. Place in a clean 1 pt. jar. Add olive oil. Cover. Let stand in a cool, dark place for 10-14 days before using. Per tablespoon: 122 cal, 0 g pro, 0 g carbo, 14 g fat, 0 mg chol, 0 mg sodium.

I use this garlic oil for sauteing anything, or over broiled fish, in salad dressings, etc.
