SUPER NACHOS 
1/2 lb. each ground beef and chorizo
1 lg. onion, processed
1 c. salsa hot
2 lb. refried beans
1 (4 oz.) can whole chilies, chopped
2 to 3 c. shredded cheese
8 c. tortilla chips (garnish)
Guacamole and sour cream (both optional)

Saute onion. Add beef and chorizo. Brown and drain. Spread beans in rectangular pan. Sprinkle with meat. Sprinkle with chilies. Cover with cheese and hot salsa. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onion or chopped olives. Top with guacamole and/or sour cream. Put chips around edge to serve. You need a food processor for this.
