OVEN BAKED BEEF STEW 
2 1/2 lbs. stew beef
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can stewed tomatoes
4 peeled and cubed potatoes
4 peeled and cubed carrots
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. onion
1 c. water
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Dredge beef in flour. Brown on all sides. Place all ingredients in a covered roasting pan. Bake for 3 hours.
