LEMON-CINNAMON CHICKEN 
1 fryer chicken, cut up
Melted butter or olive oil
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 scant tsp. ground cinnamon
1 sm. garlic clove, crushed
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Arrange chicken, skin side up on boiler pan lined with aluminum foil. Rub lightly with butter or oil. Broil 6 to 8 inches from heat until browned. Turn and broil second side until it begins to brown.

SAUCE: Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chicken. Broil until chicken is crisp and browned, basting frequently.

COOKING TIME: About 40 minutes. Serve with rice pilaf and salad.
