CHOCOLATE 
4 lg. candy bars or 4 lg. pkgs. of chocolate chips
3/4 to 1 bar paraffin wax

Melt wax and chocolate in double boiler. Stir until smooth. Take candy on a spoon or candy holder and dip. Just for a few seconds as the hot chocolate melts the dough. Place back on wax paper. After a few minutes touch candy to make sure chocolate is hard. If not hard, add more wax to chocolate a little at a time.

After dipping do not refrigerate as this stops the cordialing process. In about 1 hour after dipping test one. Some juice should appear. The longer they set the more cordial you will have.
