1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
pinch of salt
1/4 c. water
1 3/4 c. half and half
1 c. milk
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, chopped
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and salt. Whisk in water until blended. Stir over medium-high heat until boiling; boil 2 minutes. Add half and half, milk, cinnamon and chocolate, stirring just until chocolate is melted and liquid is heated through; do not boil. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla extract. Top with marshmallow, if desired.
