CANDIED CHICKEN WINGS 
10 lbs. chicken wings
1 1/3 c. dark soy sauce
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. water

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Disjoint wings, discard tips. Place in large baking pan. Mix soy sauce, sugar and water in saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil until reduced by 1/3, stirring constantly. Pour over wings. Bake for 2 hours or until very dark brown, turning every 15 minutes.
