CALIFORNIA VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 (1 lb.) pkgs. frozen California Blend vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Place vegetables (uncooked) in bottom of casserole dish. Heat soup and cheese together. Pour over vegetables. Heat in 325 to 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes, covered. Can put buttered crumbs or French fried onions on top.
