SCALLOPS 
1 lb. scallops, bay
1 tbsp. oil
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
Salt & pepper

Drain scallops. Put crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in plastic bag. Add scallops and shake. Put in baking dish. Melt oil, butter and lemon juice. Pour over scallops. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
