GROUND BEEF CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can water
Cheese, grated
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1/2 can water
1 (8 oz.) box spaghetti

Brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion. Add soups and water. Simmer on low heat about 1 or 1 1/2 hours. Break spaghetti into small pieces and cook according to directions. Add to ground beef mixture. Put into casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and bake in oven until cheese melts.
