THREE LAYER SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Whipped cream
3 3/4 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
2 eggs

Mix Jello, hot water and crushed pineapple; let set until firm. Whip together the cream cheese and whipped cream; put on first layer. Mix sugar, flour, eggs and pineapple juice. Cook until thick, then let cool. Put this on top. Chill and serve.
