EVER READY MUFFINS 
15 oz. box Raisin Bran
3 c. sugar
5 c. flour
5 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
3/4 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. vanilla
4 beaten eggs
1 qt. buttermilk

Mix Bran, sugar, flour, soda, spice and salt in very large bowl or pan. Add eggs, vanilla, butter and buttermilk; mix well. Store in covered container in refrigerator and use as desired.

For muffins fill greased pans 2/3 full, bake in preheated oven at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Batter will keep in refrigerator 6 weeks, dip out enough for present need or bake all of mix and freeze, heat when needed.
