HAM CHEESE BALL 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can Hormel chunk ham
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tsp. minced onion
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
Chopped peanuts or sunflower nuts

Beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Cover - chill several hours or overnight. Form into ball, roll in peanuts or nuts to coat, serve with crackers.
