SCOTCH & SAUSAGE STUFFING 
16 oz. Scotch whiskey
1 can whole cranberries
2 c. chopped onions
4 eggs
1 turkey liver, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/4 lb. butter
10 slices Arnold bread, cubed & dry
1 log of sausage patties
2 c. chopped celery
1/4 lb. butter
3 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. pepper

Melt butter in a large skillet and add onions, celery and turkey liver and saute until onions are clear and liver is fried. In a large bowl, beat eggs, and add bread, salt, pepper and parsley; let set while you fry sausage meat breaking up the log as you fry it. Drain off grease and add browned sausage and all other ingredients into bowl and mix (yes even the cranberries and Scotch). Stuff what you can into turkey, the rest cook in a casserole dish covered with aluminum foil. Enjoy!
