1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. melted butter
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. crumbled corn bread
4 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
2 c. turkey or chicken broth

Brown onions and celery in butter. Combine corn bread, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and poultry seasoning. Pour broth and butter mixture over crumb mixture and stir lightly. Bake in large baking dish at 350 degrees until done, approximately 30 minutes.
