GAIL'S MEXICAN DELIGHT 
Cooked roast or deer meat
Salt and pepper
Onion salt
1/2 c. tomato paste or sauce
Floured tortillas
Sour cream
Shredded cheese
Lettuce and tomatoes
Refried beans

In skillet, cook the shredded meat, salt, pepper and onion salt. Ad 1/2 cup tomato paste. Heat good. Place in floured tortillas. Heat in deep fat fryer. Top with sour cream, shredded cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Serve with refried beans.
