GAIL'S NO - COOK LASAGNA 
1 box lasagna, uncooked
2 lb. ricotta cheese
1 lb. mozzarella cheese, grated
1-2 lb. chopped meat (beef and/or Italian sausage)
1 lg. jar (2 lb.) Ragu sauce
4 eggs
Grated parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top
Salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown meat, salt and pepper and add Ragu sauce to meat mixture. Mix together, ricotta and mozzarella cheeses and eggs.

Layer in pan: 1/3 of meat sauce. 1/2 of the lasagna ribs (uncooked). 1/3 of meat sauce. Cheese mixture. 1/2 of the lasagna ribs (uncooked). 1/3 of meat sauce.

Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top. Pour 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water slowly around edges. Cover with foil and tightly seal edges. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before serving. (This fills a 9 x 13 inch baking pan very full and the slightly larger lasagna pan well.)
