1 pkg. cream cheese
1 loaf white bread
1 pt. sour cream
Melted butter
Cinnamon and sugar mixed together
1 egg

Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a bowl and set aside. Melt butter and set aside in separate bowl. Cut crusts off of white bread slices. Take rolling pin and flatten each slice of bread.

In separate bowl mix cream cheese, egg and sour cream together until creamy. Spread on each slice of flattened bread. Roll each slice up. Dip roll in melted butter and then roll in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place roll seam-side down on an ungreased cookie sheet. Heat in oven at 400 degrees for 5-10 minutes until hot.
