2 sticks butter
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter

Melt in microwave oven until melted (4 minutes approx.)

1 (17 oz.) box Rice Chex cereal
4 c. powdered sugar

Pour melted chocolate mixture over cereal, toss; being careful not to crush cereal. Pour powdered sugar over chocolate covered cereal (try using a small kitchen garbage bag for this). Toss to coat cereal. Let dry before storing away.

This makes a great gift at Christmas. I put it in 1 pound and 3 pound coffee cans, covered with Christmas paper.
