CORN SALAD 
1 can shoe peg corn, drained
1 c. diced celery
1 c. green pepper, cut fine
1 c. onion, cut fine or green onions
1/4 c. pimento, cut fine

Heat 1/4 cup Spice Island white wine vinegar and sweetened to taste. Take from heat and add 2 teaspoon mustard and 3 tablespoons salad oil. Very good, refreshing and colorful.
