2 cans white shoepeg corn
1 can ripe olives, chopped
1 sm. bunch green onions, chopped
1 sm. jar pimento, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, diced

Pour 1 cup oil and vinegar salad dressing over mixture, leave overnight in refrigerator. Drain before serving.
