WHITE CORN SALAD 
1 green pepper, diced
1 c. celery, chopped
1 can #1 French cut green beans, drained
1 can #1 tiny green peas, drained
1 can #1 white kernel corn, drained

DRESSING OR MARINADE:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Mix all vegetables together. Pour dressing over vegetables. Let set a minimum of 8 hours in refrigerator. Stir often to make sure vegetables are well mixed with dressing. #1 cans = approximately 2 cups.
