STEAK & RICE SUPREME 
1 slice of round steak
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. cooked rice
Meat tenderizer
Salt
Pepper
1 lg. onion

Sprinkle steak with meat tenderizer, salt and pepper. Cut in pieces. Flour generously. Fry in corn oil until brown. Cut up onion over steak. Cook until onion is done. Pour mushrooms and mushroom soup over steak. Add 2 cans of water or enough to make gravy. Add a little salt and pepper. Put cooked rice in dish. Pour gravy over rice. Place pieces of steak over rice and serve.
