2 1/2 - 3 lb. round steak
8 carrots, sliced
6 potatoes, quartered
2 onions, quartered
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 cans water
Mushrooms (opt.)

Brown steak in butter in electric frying pan at 350 degrees. Turn down to 250 degrees and add remaining ingredients and cook 1 1/2 hours. Serve.
