STEAK SUPREME CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. beef, cut in 1 or 1 1/2 inch cubes
1 env. Lipton's dry onion soup mix
1 c. dry sherry
2 cans mushroom soup or cream

Mix all together and put in a large casserole. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours.
