RED VELVET CAKE 
1 box white cake mix
1 tsp. cocoa
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
2 egg whites, beaten
1 c. & 1 oz. water
1 (7 oz.) red food coloring

Sift dry ingredients together. Add liquid except for food coloring and mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Have cheese and butter at room temperature. Cream the 2 together. Add sugar and pecans and beat until creamy. If it seems stiff, add 1 tablespoon milk.
