RUBY'S SALAD 
2 c. boiling water
2 boxes Jelly, any flavor
1 c. fruit cocktail
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. marshmallows
2 c. vanilla ice cream, room temperature
1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese

Mix Jello, water also all juice from fruit. Put in marshmallows; stir to dissolve. Then fold in ice cream and cottage cheese. Last mix in fruit. Then chill.
