MISONI BEEF 
1 lb. teriyaki beef (sliced beef sirloin)
2 med. onions, sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
4 stalks asparagus, chopped
3 tbsp. miso
2 tbsp. mirin
2 c. water
1 tbsp. vegetable oil

Combine miso, sugar, mirin and soy sauce in a flat container, stir until sugar is dissolved. Add beef and let stand 30 minutes. Boil water and add salt. Add asparagus and boil until tender, drain, set aside.

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat and add beef, onions, asparagus and green onions. Cook 2 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
