2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/2 c. can milk
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. quick cooking oatmeal

Combine sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in saucepan. Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove form heat, stir in remaining ingredients mixing well. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper and cool.
