1 box (10 2/3 c.) instant non-fat dry milk
1 (6 oz.) jar powdered non-dairy creamer
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (16 oz.) can instant chocolate mix

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Mix well. Put in air-tight container. Use within 6 months. Add 3 tablespoons mix to 1 cup hot water. Makes 17 cups of mix.
